  • Expanding Coverage: Check availability by entering your pincode at checkout

2. Delivery Time Slots

We offer flexible delivery slots to match your schedule:

🌅 Morning (7 AM - 11 AM) Perfect for early risers and breakfast essentials
☀️ Afternoon (11 AM - 3 PM) Mid-day delivery for lunch preparations
🌆 Evening (3 PM - 7 PM) After work delivery for dinner and daily needs
🌙 Night (7 PM - 10 PM) Late evening delivery (select areas only)

Note: Actual delivery times may vary based on order volume and location.

3. Delivery Types

3.1 Standard Delivery

  • Timeline: Same day or next day delivery
  • Charges: ₹20 - ₹50 based on distance
  • Free Delivery: On orders above ₹500

3.2 Express Delivery

  • Timeline: Within 1-2 hours
  • Charges: ₹50 - ₹100
  • Availability: Limited to select areas during peak hours

3.3 Scheduled Delivery

  • Timeline: Choose specific date and time (up to 3 days in advance)
  • Charges: Standard delivery charges apply
  • Ideal For: Party supplies, bulk orders, planned events

  3. Quality Check: Items are checked for quality and freshness
  4. Packing: Careful packing to ensure safe transit
  5. Dispatch: Delivery partner picks up your order
  6. Real-time Tracking: Track your order status in real-time
  7. Delivery: Order delivered to your doorstep

6. Delivery Instructions

  • Accurate Address: Provide complete address with landmarks
  • Contact Number: Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates
  • Someone Present: Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Special Instructions: Add notes for specific delivery preferences
  • Contactless Delivery: Available upon request

7. Delivery Attempts

  • First Attempt: Delivery partner will call before arrival
  • Second Attempt: If unavailable, we'll attempt delivery again
  • Failed Delivery: After 2 failed attempts, order may be cancelled with refund minus delivery charges
  • Reschedule: You can reschedule delivery through customer support

8. Product Inspection

Upon delivery, please:

  • Check the package for any visible damage
  • Verify the items against your order
  • Inspect fresh produce and perishables immediately
  • Report any issues to the delivery partner or customer support within 24 hours

9. Packaging Standards

  • Separate Packing: Different categories packed separately
