How do I place an order on Mahinzo?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on the cart icon and review your items
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter or select your delivery address
  5. Choose delivery time slot
  6. Select payment method and complete payment
  7. You'll receive an order confirmation via SMS and email
What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value varies by location:

  • Standard delivery: ₹100 minimum
  • Express delivery: ₹200 minimum
  • Free delivery on orders above ₹500
How can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellation:

  • Free cancellation within 5 minutes of placing order
  • After 5 minutes, contact customer support at 9962 820 101
  • Cancellation possible before order is dispatched

Modification: Once placed, orders cannot be modified. Please cancel and place a new order.

Can I order from multiple shops at once?

Yes! You can add products from different shops to your cart. Each shop's items will be fulfilled separately, but delivered together in a single order to your address.

We accept multiple payment options:

  • Net Banking (all major banks)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is it safe to use my card on Mahinzo?

Absolutely! Your payment security is our top priority:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI DSS compliant payment processing
  • We never store your card CVV/CVC
  • Secure payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU)
  • Two-factor authentication for added security
How do I apply a coupon or discount code?

At checkout, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your coupon code and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your final order amount.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges based on order value:

  • Below ₹200: ₹40
  • ₹200 - ₹499: ₹30
  • ₹500 and above: FREE
  • Express delivery (1-2 hours): ₹50-₹100 extra

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: Same day or next day
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 hours
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred date and time (up to 3 days in advance)
Can I track my order?

Yes! Track your order in real-time:

  • Login to your account and visit "My Orders"
  • Click on the order to see live tracking
  • Receive SMS updates at each stage
  • GPS tracking when out for delivery

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver in Aruppukottai and surrounding areas in Virudhunagar district. Enter your pincode at checkout to check if delivery is available in your area. We're constantly expanding to new locations!

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will call you before arrival. If you're unavailable:

  • We'll attempt a second delivery
  • You can reschedule through customer support
  • Orders can be delivered to a trusted neighbor (with your permission)
  • After 2 failed attempts, order may be cancelled

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from order
  • Expired or near-expiry products
  • Poor quality or substandard products

How do I return a product?

Return Process:

  1. Contact support within 24 hours: Call 9962 820 101
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Share photos if applicable
  4. Our team will approve eligible returns
  5. We'll arrange free pickup
  6. Refund/replacement processed after inspection
How long does it take to get a refund?

Refund timelines:

  • UPI/Wallet: 2-4 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • COD orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 days
What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged)
  • Perishable items that are consumed/opened
  • Personal care items with broken seals
  • Cut fruits, salads, prepared foods
  • Products without original packaging

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  1. Click "Sign Up" or "Register"
  2. Enter your name, phone number, and email
  3. Create a strong password
  4. Verify your phone number with OTP
  5. Start shopping!
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone number. You'll receive a password reset link/OTP to create a new password.

How do I change my delivery address?

Login to your account → Go to "My Addresses" → Add a new address or edit existing ones. During checkout, you can select which address to use for delivery.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, absolutely! We take data security seriously:
