1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Order Acceptance: Free cancellation within 5 minutes of placing the order
- After Acceptance: Cancellation possible before order is dispatched (may incur cancellation fee)
- During Preparation: Contact customer support immediately; cancellation subject to approval
- After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible; return policy applies
1.2 Mahinzo-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel your order in the following situations:
- Product unavailability or out of stock
- Pricing or product information errors
- Delivery address is outside serviceable area
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal transaction
- Force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligible Returns
Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Expired or near-expiry products
- Poor quality or substandard products
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged or rotten on arrival)
- Perishable items consumed or opened
- Personal care and hygiene products (if seal is broken)
- Cut fruits, salads, and prepared foods
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products without original packaging or tags
2.3 Return Process

- Provide Details: Share order number, issue description, and photos if applicable
- Approval: Our team will review and approve eligible returns
- Pickup: We will arrange pickup of the returned item (free of charge)
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected for eligibility
- Refund/Replacement: Approved returns will be refunded or replaced
3. Refund Process

Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Missing items in an order
- Weight shortage in products sold by weight
- Damaged items in a multi-item order
- Quality issues affecting only part of the order
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of refund, you may opt for replacement:
- Same product replacement (subject to availability)
- Alternative product of equal or lesser value
- Store credit for future purchases
Replacements will be delivered within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
5.1 Quality Assurance
We strive for 100% quality. If you're unsatisfied:
- Report quality issues immediately upon delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- Do not consume or use the product further
- Our team will investigate and resolve quickly
5.2 Delivery Issues
For delivery-related problems:
- Late Delivery: Contact support for compensation or refund
- Wrong Address: Re-delivery charges may apply
- Undelivered Orders: Full refund after investigation
- Damaged in Transit: Free replacement or full refund
